Spanish Fork Half.

Loved it!

Had asthma problems at mile 10.3. Stopped for roughly 30 seconds and took a couple puffs of the inhaler.

Welcome to the blog :) When you are in the calendar and entering in your workouts, when it is a race, you check the box indicating that it is a race report. You can go to Saturdays and edit this first entry and click that box so that this shows as a race. Keep blogging for at least a week and you'll be hooked!

Good Teena...You've changed your lurker status to official blogger. You will really like the friendship, encouragement and help you get from here. It was great to meet you Saturday! Great race! And did I see you win something in the raffle? I got a $20.00 GC to Pizza Factory.

Thanks Michelle and Kim!! I guess it was the name calling that did the trick!! :)

And yes, I did win 50 big ones to Nordstroms!! Very sweet!! Hope you enjoy (or enjoyed) your pizza Kim! Btw ... love the purple hair!!

Congrats on your great race Teena! Getting a PR on that course is a real accomplishment. According to the 'Spanish Fork Half Predictor' you're due for a 3:33 at St. George... what do you think of that?

Paul!! No one is suppose to see pictures of me while I'm running!!! Actually ... I don't know if that is me or not, when I hit the link it directs me to all of the Spanish Fork pictures! Is it a picture of someone with some crazy looking bands around her knees?

From RivertonPaul on Sep 17, 2008 at 16:09:15

Cut and paste the entire link to the end of the numbers -- don't use the hyperlink alone. Yep, 4 bands on the knees, must be you.

From Teena on Sep 17, 2008 at 16:13:38

Stink!! That is an awful picture!! Thanks a lot Paul!! :)

So, did you run Spanish Fork?
